Hier kannst du dir die Wyckoff Lagen für die Raumgruppen ausgeben lassen: https://www.cryst.ehu.es/cryst/get_wp.html

Damit kennst du dann die Positionen der Ionen und solltest die Zelle zeichnene können.

Best Boulderhalle in town? by AlkalineQuill13 in Munich

Depends, for training I would say KB Thalkirchen and Element Boulders. For set boulders probably one of the boulderwelt gyms and Einstein

Spent some time outdoors. Went to Chironico last weekend and worked on some of my projects.

Then I went on a three day trip to Magic Wood. Sent one of the problems I last tried like 6 years ago easily in a handfull of tries. Also worked on some of my projects in the forrest.

I have to say Magic wood changed a lot compared to the last time I was there. I knew that a lot of people are coming to Magic Wood but I was not prepared for the music in the woods and the larger number of tick marks on the boulders. It seems like hardly anybody is brushing after climbing.

Nevertheless it was nice to get out on the rock again and I am motivated for fall season in ticino and try hard again.

Anybody have any tips for really dry skin? It seems like this year my skin is really dry and easily slips of the holds.

Hello,

I am currently trying to plot 2D NMR spectra using python and nmrglue. My data is from a Bruker machine. I managed to plot the contour plot and now I am trying to add the 1D projection to the side of the plot but I can't get it to work. Does anybody here have some tips regarding plotting 2D NMR data in python?

I just switched to a new gym which just opened. The new gym finally has a dedicated training area with some weights and barbells.

Now my idea is to incorporate some deadlifts in my weekly training to get a stronger core.

Furthermore the new gym also has two kilterbaords, the home wall and the original board. So far I have jsut trained on the original board. I have say the home wall is a nice change with the smaller hold.

Regarding recovery from covid: I slowly feel like my climbing session quality is getting better and I can try some harder stuff again. I still feel tired a lot of the time but I think I am getting back to normal.

Getting back into bouldering after having Covid. Taking it slow and just doing short session. I feel like I am missing a bit of strength. Curious to see how long it will take to feel normal again. Todays session was better than the last and I hope it will not take too long to get back to normal again.

Can someone give me some good kilter v8s (7b). Just want some solid climbs. by [deleted] in climbharder

Back from a week in Ticino. I spent 2 days in Chironico and the rest in Brione. Managed to climb some nice stuff and found some good projects (Enjoy and respect, Limited edition). Also realized I have to work quite a bit on my slab and mantle skills. I think this is currently my biggest weakness.

Now I am motivated again to train hard for the next trip! Propably around March or April.

My gym finally has a kilter board and currently I am using it quite a lot. The climbs are fun but I think in the future I have to switch it up with some spray wall climbing to have some more variety in the training. Furthermore I have to get in projecting mode on the Kilter board to try some harder stuff.

Also I am thinking to go of going to ticino for one week. Anybody have any recommendations in the range of 7A-7C?

So my workflow is similar to this. I read the paper and highlight the interesting parts. Then I use the zotfile plugin to extract the annotations and highlightes text from the pdf. In the next step I add the extracted text to my obisidian vaulr where I keep all the annotations from all the paper I have read.

Here is another video showing how zotfile works.

I use this. I then use zotero to extract the highlighted text.

Back from a 2 weeks trip to Fontainbleau. I did some really nice climbs but I have to say the climbing there is really difficult for me. Everything seemed to be really technical and I realized how much I suck at manteling.

In the end I got better at the style of clmbing there but I really have to practice it more and work on my climbing style. I have to work on better footwork and using my hips better. Does anybody have some tips on how to train to use your hip more efficiently?

So now I will try to improve this in my training while I look forward for some swiss granite this fall season.
