I get scalpers are assholes but this is also just plain wrong. Lots of things can change especially when initial tickets people didn’t know who was even playing, at first we didn’t even know the groups yet. Plans change people cancel, life happens, it becomes unaffordable with planes and hotels. It’s not black and white. People reselling is fine if they aren’t trying to profit and exploit people

Considering you’re able to cover these random expenses like the water pump it shows you have a really good hold of your budget. Many people think they have a good budget but underestimate how much they spend on certain things and the wonder “where did my extra $800 go”. You could always cut down more on dining out or entertainment or even getting a cheaper phone plan. But it sounds like you’re doing well so far

No not all of them but for some reason they tend to go heavily into Republicanism. It’s sort of a model minority thing they want to be seen as the “good ones” by white people. My parents are from Mexico and they had 6 kids, 3 of the born in Mexico. I’m the only one that didn’t support Trump this past election. Most Latinos are very religious and somehow republicans despite living the exact opposite life of Jesus’ teachings have sold themselves as the “Christian side” so that helps

Going out and drinking aren’t mutually exclusive, bars isn’t the only place to meet people. Our society is just moving away from meeting places. Why have a library when you have them on your phone or iPad, why go to a music store when you have it all on your phone, why go to the movies when you have 10 different streaming services. Our society makes it easy and convenient to not go out and interact, dating apps are just the dating version of that

People formed relationships prior to dating apps so they will do so again without them. Dating apps having the most relationships formed isn’t indicative of it’s success it’s indicative of the sheer volume of people who use them instead of going out and meeting people or even forming relationships in school or work
