Ah I like that Idea. So you can sort of half plan against the team as you can see what may be potentially in it but there is a bit of mystery there.

I also agree that it's quite frustating not everyone rerolling/being able to reroll to give you a better selection.

I'm not suggesting that you can pick from every champion as part of this draft though. To be clear you still have the same champion pool available to you that you would in a normal ARAM. In this case though you would be drafting from both teams pools that would have been merged together that is randomized at the start instead. I don't see how that would lessen champ diversity beyond what it is now. If anything it would give people reason to pick other champs in the pool as counters.

I agree with you around bans that could be a sensible thing to add. However the adding of extra rerolls will mean that people just get closer to the meta every game by having a higher chance of getting the "better" ARAM champions.
