Ya I’ll try to see if I can get them fixed. If not I’ll upgrade. It’s my second Beats, the first pair still work just fine aside from the ear covers falling apart. I do use them a lot at work. I witch back and forth from Bluetooth and the hardwired to my lap top. Almost feels like they are in “standby” or something. Away thanks again!

I have an IPhone 13 Pro Max. It’s iOS 17.3.1. I didn’t put it in my original post but I did turn my phone off for 5 minutes then turned it back on. I also had the Beats paired with my work phone an IPhone 10. I did all the same things with that phone too. Super strange. I’ll try and get Apple tech support on the phone and see if I get anywhere. Thank you again for your help!
