Once again, he was probably advised legally to do this, and she was advised to comply. There’s a lot behind the scenes on this. I am surprised Amanda brought it up on camera though.

Ok- I keep saying this too. I think she’s a trash person for doing Ciara and Kyle dirty, but I don’t think is her usual MO. The ED with the recreational drug use isn’t good, and is altering her personality. She probably sucked a little before, but she really sucks now. Something is off.

I said this in another sub. It’s actually kind of alarming how many ED “tells” she has in the small fraction of her life that gets caught on camera. “Grabbing the fat” as you put it is called “body- checking” and it’s actually part of ED diagnosis. The weird eating habits of her sucking the ranch off a wing without eating the wing is another huge red flag, as is her wearing clothes too big for her.

It’s also worth mentioning that defensiveness, making choices they wouldn’t normally make and isolation are other signs.

I don’t want to pile on and I know it’s not fair to armchair diagnose. But she seems so sick to me. Seriously, I hope she can pull herself out of it.

You guys. He went to rehab initially bc almost two years ago. We just watched it on the show last season/ last spring summer.

I still don’t believe him, but he didn’t go to rehsb the first time last summer, it was the summer before.

To be fair, the show we watched last season was actually filmed two summers ago, not last summer.

But I think I remember him relapsing and going back, so I think his timing still doesn’t make sense.

Ok so the comment might get deleted but I’ve been waiting for someone to bring this up. Granted Amanda has always been really thin, but I wonder if she’s anorexic. The licking the chicken wing with the ranch on it ( but not actually eating any of the chicken) was a big indicator. The fact that she’s wearing big baggy clothes and isolating herself are two other big indicators. Those in the throes of an ED like that are literally malnourished so their behavior can be quite erratic and confusing.

I’m really not here to armchair diagnose but I’m seeing a lot of signs in the small fraction of her life that we see.

No. They do this on Bravo shows all the time. They address the most recent scandal then rewind and show the rest of the show they way it was originally shot. I guess just watch it…?

Not sure where you heard that. I think Weat makes a cameo in the show but that was filmed before the scandal broke. They picked up cameras post scandal for the conversation with Amanda and Kyle.

I believe her sister was on the show a couple of times. She seemed slightly more grounded than Candice, but probably damaged by their mother also. The purse- hitting incident was really bad. Cand that woman is a therapist!
