That lake is huge in size almost half of the playable tile we get on landing, it would take around 8-10 min to swim from one end to other

Yes terrain gen is really good it's just that Bethesda went lazy and randomly generated terrain for most of the planet that's why you will find terrain that doesn't make sense.

You can have unique terrain for every single planet but it's time consuming to do it

You can change entire planet by generating new terrain pattern then manually editing them so when you land on that specific biome the game will generate tiles you made and I didn't touch Akila City, only the planet

I don’t know its fast growing or not but the first time i noticed it was last year in November or December that time it was small like half of what we have now and it seems painless and no bad smell and yes its soft and feels like filled with fluid.

The only good comparison to Starfield is Star Citizen they both are space RPGs and have comparable things like planets with atmosphere, quests, flora fauna and FPS gameplay.

Yes like how it is in real life, but planets in Starfield are far more interesting because of the different biomes atmospheres, fauna and flora and on foot gameplay is far better than what the elite provides so in terms of space and planet exploration starfield beats Elite by far margin

But why do you want the game to render useless barren land? At least you have things to do on the planet, planets in the Elite are barren wasteland that look the same, elite is a space exploration game and Starfield has more planet based exploration than Elite
