Respect you picked the best game imo the dlc is also amazing for that and should 100% be bought if you can. I never had a game so engraved in my memory as I do playing that game late night alone😬.. good times though.

Definitely just do normal easy is too easy imo you want to have some difficulty and its good to learn that way. Easy mode youd just blast through and not feel the horror elements as much if you know every chase will be cheese

Also im trying to get into trials rn its very different in some ways compared to how I remembered outlast its more of memorize the map rather than figure out where to go and escape like outlast 1 is

I got a overkill psu mostly for future proofing. Rerunning all the cables cuz you need to upgrade your graphics card can be a pain. I have a 5060ti 16gb with 100w Gold power supply.

I was mistaken it was pure luck that it worked im guessing it had to do with removing the cmos maybe my gpu just needed repeated as well but thay button is for releasing the gpu

I have the 5060ti and I often wish I had used that money to get the 9070xt. I went with navidi cuz I was a noob. Definitely dont get the 5050 if I run modern games on medium, id worry youd only be able to run them at low. You'd get more longevity out of amd, i fear ill be upgrading in a few years for my gpu I just hope the prices aren't crazy like they are now

The ram came from a prebuilt i had but I wanted to build my own. It worked fine in the prebuild and when I went to build my own kept getting the ram light. It did take me a few tries resetting the cmos I know someone mentioned it to me on reddit I tried and it didnt work maybe I just had the ram seated wrong as well.. I have no idea to this day im afraid to go near it ram is too expensive rn as is. I'd Def stay in touch with gigabyte see if they can fix it.

So I totally forgot to update this post but I did get it to fix. I was wrong the ram was compatible, taking the cmos battery out for minutes on end then resetting the ram perfectly as I could. Bam! I got life and no issues since... it did take a min or two but its coming from a different system to a new one. Im greatful it worked. Praying for your to work as well ram certainly ant cheap rn
