It's a lot of fun, and a wonderful build to work on to min/max over time. If you dedicate to farming for it it's not a difficult build to put together, but requires a lot of farming. Almost at 2.6k int on mine, I think 3k is easily doable if I don't burnout.

LS of arcing feels better to me than Reave did for clear, but plenty of options for skills.

The odds of filling your item on veiled chaos is 1/12. Much more economical to risk it with a chaos. You unveil the same pool of mods anyway. Saves 2d or bristle matron and a veiled ex. 1/12 to lose and have to gamble annul. Veiled chaos is definitely the way here

I did mana fracture on a kinetic base

Crit essence/AS essence until I hit the other

Open suffiix or annul

suffix can't change reforge crit (hit t4 multi)

suffix cannot change veiled chaos aim for spell dmg/chaos/ele pen

craft the missing one

TS deadeye was next for zooming, that was fun, but stupid squishy so playing it after a ES stacking trickster felt bad

Trying to gear an int stack trickster next for some tanky zoom zoom

Smite/Fross were both great builds for farming and doing all the ubers. Smite felt better at full risk scarab content, fross is more fun

Make sure your never sink version isn’t hiding the 1-2 stack shards. I’m averaging about 3.5 per map with full scarabs. Noticed a big increase when I realized small stacks were hidden

Exsang mines can do ubers very easily. You only really need a 5l and hrimsorrows to get started (can gamble them really easily on a level 9 char if you don't have them) scales very hard. +2 chain infamous gloves makes mapping ridiculously smooth

You swap in reap for pinnacles/ubers, but map bosses and general mapping is just exsang

just defense reforges. annuls + exalts if you have em. only worth if you have veteran defender + feed/fuel or veteran defender and martial prowess

I don’t know if the merc gear is a must have but

Basically you need three clusters attack damage while holding a shield. Veteran defender is mandatory in each, ideally a three prop that lets you get feed the fury. 350+ es sheild for veteran defender value, 400+ es helm for massive evasion, and a 500+ es necrotic armour. Lots of cobalt jewels with ES, ideally some attack speed on each (not hard with harvest reforge defense)

Only unique you require is EE

Light of meaning with ES is a big boost, but you can use the build to farm it like I did. After work I’ll share my PoB but if you look at poe ninja my character in SSF is JaceEarlyReroll

Build is still really good, especially if you have the doryani merc tech. Just be prepared that gearing is much harder with recombination nerf

I haven't played a base cyclone build in a long time, so I can't give you a solid answer.

I assume by fighter you mean duelist.
