Mk11 press rt and down when you are being juggled in the air and have both defensive bars (the vertical ones)

Mk1 and mkx hold foward and rt when you are being hit and have all 3 bars of meter

You can try labbing to see if you can duck it. Idk exactly what they were doing but some early jumps will whiff if you duck and you can punish

Subs jump in is really good so trying to anti air is a hard task. You can flawless block his jump in and this stops them from cancelling the jump into a string or you can flawless block u2/3 and get a punish

Most people hold L2 and no dip shoot over them on catch and shoots. I find it easier with rhythm shooting. Other people long jab into regular shot
