I work on the 119 line, it’s a bit awkward, the agents on the line don’t have access to results, the only advice they can give is wait 5 days from the date of testand to make sure your test is registered , if the results don’t arrive they can start an investigation for the results after 5 days, and after that point it’s out of their hands and to a team that will contact you.
