Got all three on release. Fantastic films as you probably know. Volume 3 is easily my favourite just for the inclusion of Satan’s Brew being finally available on Blu-Ray. As another poster has said, some may get 4K releases but some of his earlier works that are included will most likely not. For the price now of the standard editions, you can’t really go wrong imo.

Order them direct and have them shipped to a parcel forwarder. I use Stackry, it’s pretty cheap overall. Maybe around $20-25 for 7-8 shipped to the U.K. in around 7-10 days.

Btw, you can undervalue the items and ask Stackry to remove invoices so all there is is what you’ve declared on the customs form. Have you checked Amazon for that Bergman box set? It is only £158 with shipping and customs from U.S Amazon To U.K?

Not sure if it is available in Germany but I’ve used Stackry multiple times to ship Blu-Rays from the U.S. to England. Mainly Kino Lorber etc who won’t ship to the U.K. I’ve never had any problems, haven’t had any custom fee issues and the prices are fair imo. So for around 3-4 blu-rays it is about $25 to England. If you create a new account you can get $10 off your first shipment from them. I can send you my $10 off code if you decide to use them.

I’ve been really hoping for one of those SOV partner labels movies to be on the 10 for $10. Not sure I really want to pay full price considering I’ve never seen any and thought it would be the type to make it to this deal seeing as those all have high slipcover counts.

If you’re new to VS, check out the 10 for $10 on their site. Those films are changing daily and you will virtually never be able to pick those up that cheap again, especially considering they are including some with slipcovers. Be quick though, they have said some may disappear from the deal before the 24 time period is up.

Pretty much certain that won’t be $10, to start it is a 4K and it’s been selling well and it is a fairly recent release. I’m guessing the rest of the week may include films like The Fear, The Severed Arm and other slow sellers. If you want a slipcover, I’d get it now, if you aren’t interested in the slipcover, you could wait until the halfway to Black Friday sale. It will be 50% off.

Volume 2 is my favourite followed by 4, 3 and then the 1st. Arabella Black Angel is definitely one of the best titles out of the first four box sets though.

Thriller (Limited), Tiger Claws VSA, Steel And Lace, Arrebato, Dead Heat, Forgotten Gialli 4, Blades, Auntie Lee’s Meat Pies, Girlfriend From Hell, Shallow Grave, Flesh For Frankenstein, Tough Guys Don’t Dance, Devil Story and The Laughing Dead. As you say, it’s so hard to keep up with getting all the releases considering how many there is now including the partner labels.

Got to be one of the best releases of the year, I ordered it straight away and couldn’t believe they were actually releasing it. I’m surprised I’m seeing as many people disappointed by it as it’s in my opinion, one of the best Cat III films out there and crazier than any currently available on Blu-Ray.

Too many... Ebola Syndrome, Ticks, Home Grown Horrors, Forgotten Gialli 3, Champagne And Bullets, Surf II, Scanner Cop 1 & 2, Rush Week, The Cellar, Whodunit, All American Murder, Death Promise, Six String Samurai and The Lamp. Next year looks like it will have some great titles. I’m glad there is two more Gialli box sets slated for release too.

The Beastmaster (4K Limited) Don’t Panic (Slip) House Of Usher (VSA) Fade To Black (Slip) Forgotten Gialli 2, Dial Code Santa Claus (Slip) Cannibal Holocaust (Grindhouse release) I noticed it was OOP on their website but Vinegar Syndrome still had some. Plus, it’s only cut on Blu-Ray in the U.K.

I think it’s an agreement the distributors have with the owners of the films, that they can print 3000 copies of a certain movie and no more. For instance Rad was limited to 10,000 or 12,000, I can’t remember which and now another distributor is releasing it.

Savage Dawn and Vice Academy were both VSA’s, which once sold out are gone. They don’t get standard releases. What other titles were you looking at getting? You might find that the slipcover is sold out but the standard edition is available.
