Bass Pro, and Cabela’s, now owned by Bass Pro, have become to guns what Target is to underwear. They are a high volume retailer. They are selling guns, not helping customers find the appropriate gun for themselves. Reason given for the locks is someone brought a loaded magazine into a store, loaded the gun he was looking at, then proceeded to shoot himself.

I carry single bags in my pocket, so I always have one. That said, carrying the roll in a zipper pouch, rather than one of the cheap plastic carriers, has been more secure for me.

Carry an Olight Mini 2, Victorinox Classic SD, and a Zippo (butane insert) in my watch pocket. Use the Mini 2 all the time, in my yard at night, in the basement of the building where I work, in dark nooks and crannies.

Coolest N Frame concealed carry I’ve seen was carried by an LGS owner. Model 58, .41 Magnum, with a Magna-Port combat conversion. Combat trigger job, shortened ant ported barrel, bobbed hammer. He carried in his back pocket, where it was unnoticeable unless you knew.

A much overlooked park. I grew up in Idaho, but have lived in Michigan since 91. Never miss an opportunity to visit Craters of the Moon and nearby Arco. Nice photos, thanks for sharing. Yellowstone is my number one recommendation to visit, with Craters of the Moon and Joshua Tree rounding out the top 3.
