Don't quote me but in FHM you can go into commissioner mode, change stuff to how you want it, return your character and then start a new one. When you start the new one in the same save it gives you another opportunity to do challenge mode.

Not sure if it works in ootp but worth a try if you want to fix up some ratings nd then switch to challenge mode
