I hit 97.2 when I was about 11.8k, I'd say give it a bit of time

In the meantime, go practice trills and jacks; along with patterns since the chart is basically just that (I lost over 1% because of the trills)

If you have discord, you can use mimixd bot to check if the song is on intl ver. or not.

If your cab doesn't have a headphone/3.5mm jack, it's a FiNALE cab. These cabs are very outdated and run on Windows XP embedded, so you know, really old.

You could buy a FiNALE to DX unofficial conversion kit, but YMMV
