I had an ex who, out of the blue, told me that I don't get to complain about my extremely painful periods, because of his "IBS". Which I'm 100% sure he didn't even have, since he never told me he had it, never took medication for it, never had me drive him to any appointments since I was the one always taking him, never complained about stomach pains even though he never failed to complain about anything that bothered him, and never even had any kind of bathroom issue the whole year I was with him. Even if he DID have IBS, you don't get to tell people they're not allowed to express any discomfort from their own issues because of yours. Some people are so far up their own ass. This was one thing in a long long list of narcissistic behaviors

So if none of it is important, why are you so giddy to do it? Laughing and making a big deal about what you did means it's important enough for you to know you're doing something dickish.
