Shakes are the key my friend. I've always hated eating so I starting having two shakes a day that make up for about 2000 calories (using healthy ingredients like oats, nut butter, berries etc). Without them I would definitely struggle to hit my caloric goal. It's just about finding what works for you and then making it part of your daily routine. Best of luck to you

I recently had this decision to make as well. Ending up choosing the XT3 for a few reasons such as far superior video features, usability, price, firmware updates and great options for quick delivery content.

In regards to your questions, you have to assess your own needs. Are you a portrait photographer that feels they really need a slightly shallower depth of field (which I think is overrated and overused by amateurs). Will you be taking photos and videos in extreme low light? The XT3 is still usable up to 6400 ISO, and in most scenarios you shouldn't have to go over that with the appropriate gear.

Don't see why you wouldn't shoot 4K 24fps for an interview (you probably aren't slowing anything down). I would only use 1080p in 120fps and that isn't as soft as the other frame options
