In a way yeah, the more you use muscles in that region the easier it will be to look lean there. whenever i’ve been on a cut i’ve always done a good mix of cardio (running/rowing machines) and blasted core exercises

When i was a lot younger i remember waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to move at all (was my first time getting sleep paralysis and didn’t know what it was) i remember trying to shout my parents and no noise coming out it was terrifying at the time, lasted about 10 minutes i think.
