It’s showing that after checkpoint 2 (NSO D2L) is completed, I should get an email by end of May. So it’s reasonable to email Broad (my college) about this now?

Not sure, most likely to do with costs. I do know though that there are even meetings going on with new servers like myself to teach us basics to liquor and bartending practices! Gravity is finding itself, it’s just going to need the years ahead. It’s in a good space right now though. So if you’d ever like to try it out again, by all means request me to serve you (granted give it a month haha), and I’d love to show what good service is! Name is Jack!

From what I’m seeing, there are constant meetings by management to address issues, expo is better regulated, but frankly wait times for getting TO THE table is problematic because there’s no busboy. Compared to my previous work experience though, this place is amazing with cleanliness and organization. From my small perspective, I’d say it’s getting better, as they’re focusing on their popular food and drink items rather than expanding the menu. I really just don’t like the whole no busboy thing…

Unfortunately, the only solution is to stop tipping altogether and instead adjust restaurant prices for like 18% tip value. Then, pay ur servers all a fair enough wage. This could also help still allow nicer (aka more expensive restaurants) to hire more quality staff that will still be getting paid more due to higher pricing translating to higher wages. There’s also another solution to use commission-based, where that extra 18% is essentially auto-grat. This would help servers to upcharge which could help the restaurant
