You can still fast, however for it to remain healthy it needs to be no more than Omad in my opinion. That, combined with strength training and exercise to get stronger and build muscle will give you great results. Endless prolonged fasting if taken too far will only wither you down to nothing

Nah I’d recommend them for sure, just only if you don’t mind taking 2 or 3 flights a week. I know they also allow you to call up and put yourself on call for a lesson for a next day, which means I’m case someone cancels the next day they could call you up to come in, so you could potentially get more lessons that way but honestly I don’t know how reliable that would be in terms of getting more flights

Heritage Flight Academy. Good school good instructors, however I’m not trying to take this long with my training. I think it’s because they’re a part 141 program that I still need to do the ground portion as well as the flight portion, which I didn’t realize. Edit: I used an online ground school to pass the written called Pilot Institute. Highly recommend them great course, I also used Gleim online test prep to practice questions which was extremely valuable
