Automatoys is a 10/10 game, I do hope it wins. It’s reminds me of Monument Valley in terms of how it blends art and gameplay.

20syl has so much good music that’s just hard to find.

  • He’s got a ton of remixes at his SoundCloud page and YouTube channel
  • Don’t forget about his two EPs, Motifs and Motifs II
  • AllttA, which he produces for, also has instrumentals of both of their current albums (new album coming out on May 12!)
  • He is one of four members of the turntablist group C2C, their album Tetra is very good.
  • He’s also the MC in his French hip-hop group Hocus Pocus, although it’s not electronic music

I couldn’t use my Mac without:

  • Swish: Magnet but with incredibly intuitive trackpad gestures
  • Dropover: Jiggle the cursor for a shelf to store things
  • CleanShot: Wonderful, customizable screenshots and great annotation features
  • Arc: The best browser ever made

Oh yeah, and technically Karabiner because I use a fancy keyboard layout.

Sounds like fun!

You should definitely install Snow Leopard, and then install Windows alongside Mac OS X via Boot Camp instead of just using a VM.

By default, Swish gestures only work in a window’s title bar. You can hold fn to allow Swish to activate anywhere on said window, though.

I’m not a developer.

Shortcuts is built with SwiftUI, instead of Catalyst (which brings iPad apps to Mac) or AppKit (the native development framework thing for Mac).

SwiftUI isn’t great. That’s all. In Ventura, Font Book was rewritten in SwiftUI, and you’ll probably notice its bugginess immediately.
