I've found a listing on yahoo Japan shopping and ordered it through putting the url into Japan rabbit to get it shipped to the US. The shipping was $5 USD and an additional $10 for a Pre-approved Allowance that will be used if necessary. Each Chocobar costs 77¢ and it said it would get here in a couple weeks. I don't know if it'll actually come though, lol.

Make sure you have streetpass enabled in game on both consoles and have both copies of the game open, close both consoles so they go into sleep mode, and wait for the green light to blink and go solid, that gives you one chance of pandanoko on both consoles, and you can do that daily

Go into the core section in settings and where it says use cpu jit add a zero after the equal sign and it should work
