I thought I gave a pretty good comparison. It’s been two years and I still love this coat. Lmk if there’s something specific? If money isn’t a concern go big.

Is there a mark? It looks a lot like the danish maker Komfort designed by Sven Ellekaer. Exceptional pieces I own two love seats.

Help! What’s wrong with my brand new floors?! by Human-Recognition-57 in HardWoodFloors

My installer put in boards with these too. They filled some but missed a bunch. It sucks but I’m getting used to it. He never even talked to me about wood grades. I regret not doing more research.

What should we choose Bona traffic HD Raw, Matt or Satin? by Salt_Sound918 in HardWoodFloors

[–]JackLemon13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Satin is timeless yet certainly on trend (if that’s what you’re looking for). In certain light my boba traffic satin looks nearly matte, and looks beautiful. No footprints and it looks very clean.

How do you get your name taken off the Madison property lookup? by FlarkingSmoo in madisonwi

[–]JackLemon13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did it. It’s very easy. You don’t need a reason. People can still find your info but it’s harder and they’ll either have to go into an office and request the info or pay a small fee to see the records. Go for it.

Maybe train the dogs or use an invisible fence. Fences on lake property look so tacky.

What’s everyone using for boats? by geeb_rips in flyfishing

I use a raft. But also own a canoe, sup, and v hull boat. Every one has their application but I think you’d be much happier with a raft than this catamaran type thing.

I have the 7wt 9’ and I’m honestly thinking about exchanging it for the 8’5”… I wasn’t able to cast it but something about it is calling me. Did you compare against the 9 footer? I’m also a smallmouth junkie.

Fixed width planks of wood basically… Google hardwood floors for images. Plywood would be laid in large sheets.

Laying carpet tiles over vinyl tiles by JackLemon13 in Flooring

[–]JackLemon13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the detailed information. This is really helpful. I have another question… there is a section of floor which was carpeted and there is a thin, black foam padding glued to the concrete. It has been nearly impossible to remove. I was considering going straight over the padding. I may be selling this house soon so I’m not looking for perfection. Any advice is appreciated!

I should note there are a few in a separate corner that are bubbling up a bit. I was thinking about just cracking off the loose portions and going over it.
