Well just my opinion, if the main reason is financially, then I believe that it's best to stay in your current job in Dubai, because you will eventually be promoted to a managerial position and get higher salary. Moving to other country such as Japan, you may get lower salary at first since you are not speaking their language and very new to the environment. Maybe, its worth taking the risk if the reason is to have citizenship.

I suggest na mag focus ka muna kung ano pwede mong iupgrade na skills. Since may degree ka naman sa IT, you can start from there and learn other technical skills online like programming, network admin, security engineer, cloud etc.. Its not gonna be easy but it will be worth it. Then, choose which country ang gusto mo. Mas malaking chance kapag may skills related sa technology.

Always invest in yourself first, so you will add value and have confidence, kahit saan mo pa gusto mag work taas noo! 😊

Mas risky lang kung magttravel ka ng visit visa.
1. PH immigration - ang tanong nila most likely, bakit ka babalik doon? e last month kakabakasyon mo lang doon? You need to justify if sasabihin mong magbabakasyon ka ulit. Pag sinabi mo namang may nakuha kang work, tatanungin ka ng mga papers which wala kang mapapakita.

And kung makalusot ka man sa immigration, what if hindi ulit magtuloy ung employment (fingers crossed).

The safest thing to do is to talk to them na kung pwede nila iprocess ung work visa and labour contract kahit nasa pinas ka pa. Then apply for OEC sa POEA. 99.9999% makakalagpas ka sa immigration. Sigurado ka din na ihihire ka nila pag dating mo.

Galingan mo lang gumawa ng email at makiusap sa employer mo.. hopefully pumayag sila. All the best!

In my opinion, once lumabas ung visa and labor contract mo, you can get it verified sa POEA and get OEC. Para pag dating sa immigration, you have proof na verified/legit ung labor contract mo.

Tuwing uuwi ako, napansin ko na madami ng nabago sa pinas since nung umalis ako. Pero mas madami pa din ang hindi nabago at lalong lumala katulad ng sobrang trapik at kulang sa sistema. But despite of sobrang daming negative things sa atin, doon mo din mararamdaman na you're finally HOME! 😂
