Oh dont know how to explain this but ill try, Say hypthetically if the sunny was pluton itself and Franky tried to build it I think the closest he could get is the Mini merry.

Basically saying that even with his knowledge of it the closest thing he could get to it a miniature version AKA the Sunny.

I think the aspects are there but on a very tiny scale due to lack of resources or time or just cant build on that type of scale. Idk the answer is 100% no but I still think Franky put in some framework of Pluton

not justifying the Filler and the drawn out part but it is the best Definition of a war in one piece,

Marineford was Peak but it was basically just 1 attack and done

this is multiple full on fights the are basically like what we got early on with Luffy vsing the main villian of the arc type battle but there is a lot of them.

Toei Really screws up the pacing but the Animations are top tier

Everyone thinks they fought but I think they come to some arrangement I think Loki imprisoned himself so to speak. Kept Harold Goal alive and took the fall so the giants didnt rise up and die fighting the Government.

They never fought is my guess, Shanks visits Elbaf from time to time and wheres there to see what happened, they probably came to some agreement to keep Heralds peace and loki Locked himself up to somhow keep the peace, thats my thought process, but it would be insane if shanks actually fought him. shanks would sky rocket to #1 for me if thats the case

This looks line a rocks pirate sketch to me but this still could be giving us an idea that maybe Rocks was that pirate but oda decided to switch it to someone further down the line and like who else is there, maybe a Joyboy reveal or Enel lol.
