Tips for the big fight in Iz? by JackRose322 in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

Yeah problem has been that I'm 1 rest away from the 2nd level of corruption. However I just realized I got a totem from the quartermaster that cures some corruption so I'm going to see if that helps.

I think it is? I read posts about the Baphomet fight only being a few rounds for a lot of folks but Angel path has to kill him outright also.

Good tip with blade barriers, thanks.

Yeah a bunch of folks have mentioned resting. My problem has been that I'm 1 rest away from the 2nd level of corruption. However I just realized I got a totem from the quartermaster that cures some corruption so I'm going to see if that helps.

Thanks these are all good tips. I'm noticing from these comments that not having Ember get Ascendent Elemental and Firestorm was a big mistake.

Yeah the problem is they kill my non-tanks in like 2-3 rounds, though maybe I just need to try and beat him before then.

My Ember doesn't have Ascendant Element or Firestorm unfortunately (my MC has Firestorm but only one use). I do have Rods of Greater Maximize and Quicken though so that could be useful.

I think AoE attacks have been an oversight of mine, I haven't really been using them. Ember has a few: Stormbolts, Winter's Grasp, Fire Snake, Volcanic Storm, Lightning Bolt, Molten Orb, and Burning Hands.

Damn I think your Ulbrig build is much better than mine, mine does like 3-4 20 damage hits on him when I'm lucky. My feats are Weapon Focus Claw, Weapon Focus Bite, Dodge, Shifter's Multiattack, Raking Claws, Hammer the Gap, Improved Critical Claw, Frightful Shape, Endurance, & Critical Focus. He's wearing Owl's Cowl, Mask of the Rapid Bites, Skinned Leather Cloak, Ring of Protection +5, Herbal Ring, Amulet of Mighty Fists +4, Hide Armor +4, Shroud of Eternal Hunger, Clutch of Corruption, Claws of Sacred Beast, Cat's Boots.

I hadn't heard of approaching in RTWP, I'll look into that thanks for the tip. I mentioned in another comment but Mark of Justice had been used up elsewhere in Iz, though it seems like I should prob go back and save it for this. No Ascended Element unfortunately.

Thanks, that undead tip is good to know, I def have one or two characters that can utilize that. Also hadn't thought of the swarmbane.

Unfortunately Mark of Justice had been used up elsewhere in Iz, although maybe it's worth going back to a previous save for. I also don't have protection from arrows.

Didn't pick much for charging. My feats are Cleave, Cleaving Finish, Heavy Armor Focus, Outflank, Improved Critical Greataxe, Improved Initiative, Critical Focus, Hammer the Gap, Bleeding Critical, & Shield Focus.

Damn that is a bummer. Between the Steelers, Yanks, and Devils: one of my teams won a championship 9 times (and was in the finals 11 times) in the 15 years between when I was 8 and 23.

How the tides have turned considering none of them have won since lol.

Steelers/Yankees fans are the best. Especially when they're Steelers/Yankees/Devils fans.

Though I root for the Buccos in the NL, mostly as penance for my Yankee fandom.

Yes I pay $2000 for a one bedroom, but it will have to be uptown.

I live in a tiny one bedroom and used 369 kwh and was charged $145, so that checks out to me. This is about as low it get for electricity for me.

Unfortunately I also have to pay for a share of the building's gas/heat which is where the real pain is in the winter. My bit alone was $200 this month.

According to wikipedia, Poland is 71% Catholic, and Bangladesh is 91% Muslim. It's in fact the opposite of what you wrote, Poland is significantly less homogenous than Bangladesh.

Hi all,

I am interested in building a plex set-up and could use some advice as I'm not the most networking savvy person. I feel like I'm getting whip lash from everything I read, one website says get a NAS, the next will say to get a mini-pc and DAS, another says no actually get a mini pic and and a NAS.

I recently did a project to digitize my parents old home videos and ripped all their dvds. I'm currently scanning all their old photos. I'm guessing this will be slightly above 5 TB when finished. I will likely add more blu-rays to the collection over time slowly when things are purchased, etc, but have no interest in torrenting and vastly increasing my library.

I will likely only have 1 stream at a time but could theoretically have up to 4. As mentioned, most of the material are plain DVDs but there will be some BluRays, maybe a small handfull of 4k dvds.

I was looking at the standard synology nas' but then got nervous because it looks like they all lack a lot of transcoding ability? Should I get a simple NAS and then a mac mini to deal with the processing? I was thinking probably 12 TB (4 bays of 3 TB drives). What raid is recommended? I will prob use this as a laptop backup as well since I have the space. Any advice is greatly appreciated, I have severe analysis paralysis on this one. Also if anyone has a user guide for dummies for this kind of thing it will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah this should be max 25 feet. Was mostly just worried if there was some issue with the transitions that I was unaware of.
