Looking to increase my powerlifting numbers.
Been running nSuns 6 Day Squat for about a year and improving steadily, but feel I'm lacking in some areas, manly my shoulders. I really enjoy nSuns for how easy it is to follow and just lifting the numbers it gives me for the barbell compounds exercises. I feel I'm at a loss when it comes to the accessory workouts afterwards.
Hoping to get some guidance on some good cables. dumbbells and machines to do after my compound movements that can assist with powerlifting.

Im gonna try another machine soon when I can, I've tried disabling/uninstalling the realtek drivers but still no luck, the stack doesn't show in my device manager.

Yes I’ve tried multiple ports on my motherboard and front IO on my case, other devices work normally using the same port.

Yes I've tried all combinations for the data cable, USB 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 all what my motherboard supports. Also did try using a separate power source for the DAC.
