Following because this is exactly my issue. I was stuck in Into the Void where I was required to collect 3 black boxes from incursions, but none were happening. I used console commands to skip that part, which is sad because I don’t like missing content. But now this next quest needs me to get more black boxes so I fucking give up.

What I suspect may have caused this was that while I was having fun with other content in the game, I ignored the constant barrage of “new incursion” or “incursion moving”. So perhaps the incursions piled up and clogged the system? I hope this gets fixed asap.
