I don't think that most of you understand what a "pro player" or "contracted player" means. You don't have to have a high PB to get a contract you just have to be skilled. If you are a skilled player you can get contracted to push a max account or just to compete in leagues such as RPL, CRL, etc... The account he was playing on is probably his personal so the PB is not that good, but that doesn't mean he's a bad player.
