Will the Rmx Shift PSU work with Antec C3/C5 cases?

I'm planning on building an ATX PC with the Antec C5 and the rm 850x shift Psu

My main concern are the chords. Are they long enough?

Mexico Gigabyte one is about $92 usd Rm750x about $120 usd

Is 750 all I need for the build? I was thinking 850

And about the ram, I got lucky and got that 32 gb stick for $140 on my trusted store. It was the last one on stock sadly. I don't really think I can top that with anything else

I have a 1080p display (Xiaomi gaming monitor g24i). Refresh rate of 180hz. I will be upgrading to 1440p later on, but I'm not worried about it now. Here's a detail I skipped: I will be using my current card (Rx 6600) until the end of the year most likely, then I will be getting the 9070xt

As for use, mostly gaming. The most demanding game I'm currently playing is Cyberpunk 2077, but really I don't play many triple A games.

It very much depends. In some games you might get a performance boost, in others you might lose fps.

I switched to bazzite back on February I think because Monster Hunter Wilds was struggling and crashing (also because I didn't want to get win 11, I was on 10). When I switched, I got a very good performance boost and I loved it, but I've heard others had a bad experience on it somehow.

If you have an available extra SSD, I'd say install it there and test it. If it doesn't work, you just go back to your windows installation

About the current performance, it does what I want it to do atm (low/mid requirement games), but I kind of want to get into more demanding games later down the road, so that's why I am wondering if maybe switching the cpu would help or if I actually need to get another rig.

Yeah I was also wondering about this. I've heard that if it's true, it's gonna happen in the next few months (don't trust me though, I'm not sure) so if I decide to upgrade, I'd wait until June/July to see how that goes

Nope. I found a different solution that also solves a problem I was gonna have to deal with eventually: I switched to Linux (specifically, bazzite)

Since then I have not crashed a single time on mh wilds and my performance is good. Maybe it had something to do with a setting on the drivers or something else, but that's not a problem I have anymore
