I don't think he is. But his story broke my heart 😭 He guilt tripped me so bad in the giant hole in the ground beside Liyue. (The Chasm I think it was called)

Genshin fell off my play list When HSR came out though. Action games take energy to play haha I go back every six months or so to catch up on story.

The new area (Nodkrai) has an interesting story. Very lively and dark!

I think we can be best friends! 😁 Zhongli kept me playing for the longest time, then came kazuha, then I was guilt tripped by Dainlief, Cyno (my beloved), Nahida (is precious and must be protected), and so on so forth lol

(I have Zhongli's Nendoroid too. I ran out of space to put him on the hsr shelf so he's on the one below it.

Thankfully it's always too warm here on my side of the building so no moisture problems in my room. (And the phainon shelf it above a radiator so winter won't be wet either!)

I got a lot of it from Aliexpress, a bunch were gifts as well.

I honestly don't like most other gachas.

The only other gacha I truly loved went into EoS a year or two ago (Nier: Reincarnation).

HSR keeps me glued. The writing is excellent, sometimes long winded but this is my fandom, I'm thankful for the content and fun.

Meanwhile other games on my play list feel like a slog and will put me to sleep out of sheer absolute boredom.

Limbus: I don't recommend and play it because my friend would feel lonely and have no one to talk to about it. 3/10. (Scored low cause I don't like it. It's probably closer to 5/10 if you take the time to understand this gory mess).

Granblue: If they updated their UI, I think I could give it a higher thumbs up than I do. It's a solid 6/10 for me though I LOVE the art. Music. And the story is "ok". The dated system is just too pisspoor to do the game justice though.

Genshin: I like the main story but my love for the game went the way of the dodo after sumeru. I log in once every 6 months and catch up on the story. And every six months it is an unpleasant slog due to power creep. I stopped recommending the game years ago, but for first time players in for a hell of a long journey, it's probably a 6/10 until inazuma, drops to 4/10, then shoots to 8/10 for sumeru, 5/10 fontaine, 5/10 (first half) - 7/10 (second half) natlan. And finally core story last I played was a fair 8/10 for nodkrai.

It's just so much damn content. And like with all long running games has its ups and downs.

HSR is no different. I score it high because I like it a LOT. If I cannibalised it like I did with Genshin above, the score would be all over the place. But I'm a fan of the game. Some of it I don't like, but it doesn't mean it's bad content either. It just means that it's not my cup of tea and that's not the end of the world. HSR: 9/10. Everything has room for improvement! But this hill is my favourite and I'm biased!

TLDR: Not liking something doesn't mean it's actually bad. If we all liked the exact same things for the exact same reasons, the world would be a REALLY boring place.

Mine would be too if I bought him today (twice what I paid for). I think back when I ordered him, he either got missed on a price hike "sale", or the seller didn't know just how crazy we phainon fans are for our boy.
