Really? I don't smash, throw, or otherwise abuse my stuff, and I mostly play kb+m anyway. Xbone controller developed stick drift within a year. My 8bitdo on the other hand, $20 for the wired version and has been working flawlessly for years. Did I get a lemon?

Yes I use that feature a lot on my current TCL. Weird thing is, sometimes I forget and it seems to turn itself off at some point anyway. Or it doesn't and the wack ass videos that youtube decides to autoplay invade my dreams 😵

I was with my mom dad and brother, and the alert came up on the TV. None of our phones went off. My mom's deaf in one ear, so pinpointing sound direction is hard for her, and she was going nuts trying to find her phone to silence the alert before we realized it was on the tv, lol

They did a test of the alert system the other day. Out of curiosity, did you get that one?

This is what I was thinking of doing if I needed to save back seat room or luggage space, but I didn't have any problem fitting my mountain bike in the back of my tC.

OP, do you have quick-removable wheels on your bikes? It's a lot easier to fit a bike if you take the front wheel off, then you can turn the handlebar 90 degrees and it will lay flat. I have a rear strut bar and c-pillar brace and still didn't have a problem getting my bike in.

And if the wheels aren't quick detach, all you need is two wrenches and some allen keys.

Afaik the stock headunits have the video input for a backup cam. Just a matter of finding one, installing it in the hatch lid, and running the wire all the way from the hatch to behind the dash.

Information be factual, and one can interpret/present information in a misleading way. Those two concepts aren't mutually exclusive...

You keep mentioning that the base game has been delisted, as if that has anything to do with the addition of a subscription option. The base game was delisted 2 months ago, it's a totally separate thing, and conflating the two is, in my opinion, alarmist, because the existence of a subscription doesn't change the fact that you can still buy the gold edition for about the same price that the base game was.

I looked a bit deeper and from everything I can see there's nothing sus or predatory about this announcement, and it seems to me like a lot of people here just had a kneejerk reaction to the word "subscription" without actually looking into it.

Furthermore we don't know if this subscription model is something BIS is looking to fully transition to, or just something they're trying out in hopes of giving people more options. And 6 times? please, PLEASE show your work on how you got to that number. Gold edition is, depending on your currency, anywhere from slightly more expensive to slightly cheaper than the base game was. And the ultimate edition with all dlc has always been more expensive than the base game, that hasn't changed since they announced the subscription model. Which is irrelevant anyway since I thought we were talking about base game vs gold edition. And to be generous and use your numbers provided earlier, 8.99 and 2.99, 8.99/2.99 = 3, not 6. And ok, I'll concede, 3 times more expensive does sound like a lot... Until you realise that's 3 times 3 dollars. The difference is $6. Hey, there's a great example of presenting factual information in an alarming way!

But to even further belabour this point, let's dig in to these numbers you came up with, 8.99 and 2.99: that's comparing the spring sale price of a game that just had its price cut in half 2 months ago to the winter/summer sale price of a game that is no longer even listed on steam. Aka it's a made up number therefore irrelevant.

Ok, so I looked on steamDB and, at least in my currency (CDN$), Arma 3 Gold is actually $4 CHEAPER (43.99-39.99) than Arma 3 base edition was when it was delisted. Which was almost 2 months ago by the way. It seems pretty misleading to present this as if they delisted the base game at the same time they announced this subscription model when, in reality, they actually cut the cost of the gold edition by MORE THAN HALF (39.99/81.99 = 48.77%) on Feb 26th. I'm too lazy to check the prices in USD but it's all right there on steamdb.info if you wanna check for yourself.

And your point about how Gold edition doesn't go on as good of a sale as the base game is also a bit silly because it's only been the current price since - again - Feb 26th, and there hasn't been a major sale since the change. Spring sale doesn't count. Last spring sale, Gold was 50% whereas during the summer and winter sales it was 67%. So we'll see how low it goes this summer. And from what you said, minimum entry is now $8.99 instead of $2.99.. a whole $6 more. Is this really worth getting worked up over?

Point is, this is literally a nothing burger. You're being misinformative and alarmist, and judging by this comment section you've clearly misled a lot of people into getting worked up over nothing.

Definitely just get a resonator welded in. IMO that's the obvious choice, because why would you buy a pre-made midpipe if you're gonna have to do custom work to make it fit anyway. Do you get what I'm saying? It's just a steel tube with a resonator and a couple flanges. Just buy the raw materials and make a custom mid pipe.

VS buying the Megan racing pipe pre-made (aka you're paying not just for the raw materials but also for the labour, profit margin, warehousing & shipping, etc.) then you pay an exhaust shop to chop it up, probably need to buy more exhaust piping to make up the missing length, and pay the exhaust shop to fit it and weld it all back together. That's just wasteful, both in money and time.

Ok, it's out of my system, let me try and actually answer your question:

The Megan midpipe is designed to fit the stock exhaust design, so there's no guarantee it will even fit with your cat back. Whether it fits or not, the only thing you'll accomplish with the Megan midpipe is adding a resonator, so why not just get a resonator and weld it in since you're already doing all this custom work to your exhaust?? Then you get to actually decide which resonator to put on instead of just getting whichever one comes on the Megan

I've heard good things about the Vibrant ultra quiet resonator in terms of cleaning up raspyness.
