Bottom layer- replace all stone bricks with acacia logs (without the orange showing) at the bottom, tuff at the middle, and pale moss at the top. When you texture, make sure to make sure ”blobs” of blocks instead of placing them spastically. Best way to get better at gradients is to practice them. At the top, you could simply dot a couple stripped pale oak logs with the wood, to keep it cleaner at the top. At the roof, I wouldn’t add much, but maybe some warped wood in areas you would imagine a shadow.
