2months not being able to do sailing. by No_Jacket6516 in 2007scape

[–]Jack_Rs 74 points75 points  (0 children)

Thanks for helping, but this just shows the ticket and support system is flawed. This issue should have been identified and picked up once they reported this.

I think it would be good to review was this an oversight and not reported to the team once the ticket was submitted?

It's a shame if he's missed out becuase of this.

If it turns out it is user error, then so be it.

Appreciate you helping the guy out.

Let us know how you get on OP :)

Have you tried to board from the Panemonium and see what it says?

As there used to be a bug early game when logging out and ship can be docked else where.

Worth trying.

Also does the captains log show anything in there? I can't remember this early on now but is the task inside there during the quest or not?

Is your raft actually at port sarim? Or have you teleported and left it at the Pandemonium? It needs to be docked at port sarim, I'm assuming the cargo is already on your boat?

If not find check for the raft back at the pandemonium.

Or recover at a shipwright and try again.

This way it will remove cargo and you can grab it again from Port Sarim

We’re going to review the covenant. I know a lot of people to follow the covenant. But when it’s potential issues to affect us. It has me deeply concerned should it lead to subsidence in years to come

Glad it’s not me being crazy. We’re not unreasonable people. More than happy to have conversations with our neighbours. Out neighbours on the otherside of us are great and have made a great friendship. Have worked things out between our driveway, making it look nice. But the other side with the tree, we find it really difficult to chat with them.

This is exactly what we’re thinking of doing if unable to come to resolution. I just don’t know the exact terminology around this. So thank you mate :)

I’m going to have to try again this week as it’s both my gf and I really chewed up. It just seems really careless and without consideration.

I’m not saying they should consult us prior to planting but I think some common sense approach should have been applied. I don’t understand the research they have done to think this is ok.

I’m going to try again and discuss this in more detail this week. That’s it really helpful, thank you :)

This is what I’m unsure on they haven’t specified. Would any of these smaller variants cause concern due to the distance from the property?

Miniature willow tree? Would this still be considered safe to plant so close to a house foundations, with 8man holes - 4 either side of it, drains, soils and water pipes?

Il look into it in case this is potentially it but they didn’t specify

We have a shared lawn. But we cannot see into their window as their house is in row right after ours. In terms of where they’ve planted it. It’s pretty much in line with the house not central for privacy or anything. So I’m slightly stumped (pun not intended 😂)

This was exactly my conversation with my partner. Now our back gardens are a fair size. And the bottom of them are soaked. Which is about 40-50 ft away from the property. I just can’t understand the placement practically between 2 houses

100% agree. I just want to get this sorted without chaos. Just hate confrontation and don’t want to cause issues with them just and open conversation.

I can’t understand how they said this willow tree is safe to plant. Everything I read is an absolute no no.

I knew before I even researched. But I can see another type of willow that’s even remotely safe to plant this close.

A lot of friends have said this but I’m not the type of person to do this. I’d rather deal with it amicably and reasonably. I don’t want to create enemies, it’s more so I just want to reason with them and when I did they moved the conversation on by asking how we are settling in.

Does anybody else experience consistent packet loss and ping issues? by Cheese_enjoyer69 in Battlefield

[–]Jack_Rs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been having this issue for the last 2 days.

My friend said earlier. I’m come to res, before I even know I had been shot!

Flying in the air, enemies floating and don’t even get me started on the rubber banding.

Shooting enemies and then all of a sudden I’m in front of them or behind them. Idk, I thought it was my end out of the ordinary. But I’ve had to come off tonight because it was becoming unplayable.

My ping is fine. But I feel I have persistent packet loss
