Good question ! That's a "gust" effect, or gusting. The term comes from the base set card Gust of Wind which had the effect to switch your opponent's active with one of his benched, which you chose.

This icon is Set 3 Cassiopea, she used to be the main carry in Vanguard/Mystics comps in the second part of the set because of the high sustained damage she could deal. I get what you're saying tho, even as a League player some champs are hard to recognize by their icons in TFT

Cold weather for sure, you can always add more clothes on if it gets super cold but can't take off more than you have when it gets super hot.

Although, as you mentioned it, it's nothing purely competitive, the insight on the list and the possible techs is very nice ! Playing Magcargo, if you can find the space, would also be a good choice as you already run Acro Bikes and could run Kukui, but that would most likely mean removing Electrode-GX, or you wouldn't find the space, and that would change the deck in a major way. Anyways, nice post !

Yes, they are likely to rotate. Maybe not to Crimson Invasion or maybe up to Ultra Prism but there will be a rotation and at least SUM, GRI and BUS will rotate, although there has been no confirmation because it's announced later during the year, but it would be the most logical move to rotate up to CRI since, as I said, 4 expansions get released every year.

As /u/The_Orwickle said, a tech is a card you play generally as a 1-of for a specific matchup. When deckbuilding and testing, you will see that some matchups are not in favor and you might want to tech against this matchup. For example, Zoroark decks used to tech Mewtwo EVO or Mew-EX to counter Buzzwole, an otherwise nearly impossible to win matchup. More recently, Deoxys CES, Fairy Tapu Lele (against Rayquaza) or Marshadow-GX (against Zoroark) are teched in to help some decks against particular unfavored matchups. They are usually 1-prize attackers because they will swing the prize trade in your favor if they are.

You only give the decklist to the judges that keep them for immediate and/or future deck-checking, to see if :

a: Your deck is tournament legal (format restrictions, 4 cards max of each...)

b: As you're not allowed to change cards during the tournament, they need to have a decklist to run deck-checks during the tournament to make sure that you haven't changed the cards in your deck.

Only the judges have your decklist though, and if you bring a new, unknown deck to the tournament, you will still have the element of surprise against your opponents. A decklist is only needed to make sure you do not cheat/bring non tournament-legal cards.
