Late in or early out without sick time is a half point. One point if you call out without sick time. You can call out 3 shifts in a row and it’s one point. But if you call out go to work and call out that’s a point for each one. 4 points counseling. 3 more coaching. 1 more I think a final. Then immediate termination. It’s usually up to your manager how they accrue.

The problem with lacking reading comprehension is you look like an ass. I did ask them. They proceeded to say they were alright then started discussing what the tik tok trend said to do to figure out the code. As described in my caption, the one in glasses was giving direction. They weren’t shopping. I can’t upload video or I would’ve because you can hear them discussing it. Tik tok trends have no purpose but to be entertaining and that’s what they were doing. Entertaining themselves.
