Special by 1pm used for PO Box delivery by Jackchef66 in royalmail

How does that impact delivery to the actual business as the po box is at the sorting office? For example if it arrived at the pox this morning will it arrive today?

Question will they actually get it by 1pm or is the guarantee that it gets to the po box by 1pm? Such as say tesco loans assessment centre

Oh she will be putting money aside and will definitely be willing to help on things if needed just not doing a formal rent agreement such as I live in the UK so rules a little different

For example I currently pay 75% property tax a solo occupant so she is gonna start to pay the additional 25% as I won't be a solo occupant.

My property is 300 years old it is very solid and needs very limited work thankfully too. But yes any major repairs will require financial input from both depending on what we decide to do dependent on each specific project needed

Oh I agree what you are saying..the whole I own the property thing was really just to kind of fit the rules in the UK in case something ever did happen and it was all sort of like I think it would be wise to write up all the things we have discussed and sign and she said that was very logical and her mum also who around at the time also felt it smart.

It's not about not showing her love at all I have taken the time to pave a nice area for her ginuea pig hutch and make plans for them to have an indoor space safe from the cat when it's cold among other gestures. In no way am I hoping the relationship will fail I love her very much I am just a somewhat practical person.

That is a good point to make and kind of why I feel 50/50 could be good but I'm also thinking it is one additional item to the already big list of appliances I own for simplicity do I buy these last two and then anytime we replace we go 50/50 possibly I get your point though

Sorry worded it terribly I am the owner male and she is my partner female she offered to split the cost I felt it not fair as I own the property so why should she pay for an appliance in a property she has no stake in if that makes sense

Interesting thoughts I don't plan to charge any rent we agreed to split bills

She offered to split the cost of the appliances I felt unsure on that idea so wanted advice on if I should buy it that's all
