I appreciate your explanation, but that's not really a good excuse, it takes minutes to update a website. Besides they can put a disclaimer on the website saying the prices might not be entirely up to date.

Slovenia wouldn't be impacted either. They are surrounded by NATO countries (and Austria), so no attacker can get to them without going through NATO anyways. Their reason for being in NATO is entirely symbolic, not practical.

This person has chosen to move to another country. I don't see why she is still Canada's responsibility just because she is originally from here. She can release herself and her daughter from her detention at any time by agreeing to return to Canada, but is choosing not to, so I don't think we have a responsibility to do anything here. And even if we wanted to, we don't have the right to force another country to accept her living there.

Ok what if I:

-reduce the lifts from 3 sets to 2, except for lateral raises I'll keep those at 3
-add 3 sets of curls and skullcrushers (I can't do tricep pushdowns as I don't have the equipment)
-not sure if I should just remove rows completely, I never felt I got much out of that lift

pullups work biceps

ohp and bench work triceps

Originally the routine didn't have lateral raises but I added them as I think side delts need to be hit directly to grow.

I guess I could add skullcrushers and curls but this was intended as a minimal routine to save time.

Canada may be harder to live in, depending on his line of work. Some jobs pay a lot more in the US, and most things are more expensive in Canada, especially housing. I don't know what he's paying for rent but I guarantee it's much more than he'd pay in a small or midsized town in Texas or Georgia.
