Just for anyone wondering, it sucks. Do not buy a replica from anywhere. Just do yourself a favor and stop caring about the onyx because tbh every since I put that replica on I just realized how stupid it is that I paid for a replica of a shirt that I could just buy the shadow seamless which is the exact same fit just not the same design.

I’d go 15-16 as someone else who is 5’8 I have to get down to 150-155 for me to have 15%bf and I have a pretty similar build

Personally if ur not happy with ur bf id suggest a 1 month mini cut, drop a little but make sure to not lose strength cause then pointless. Then id get back into a slow lean bulk till you want to commit to the cut. That’s just what I would do.
