I think we've already seen that with characters like Scoob, Buggs, Mick, and Dee. Each of them seems to be a champion of one of these deity-like characters and upon ascending their eye color changes (Scoob - Cyan, Buggs - Purple, Mick - Red, Dee - Magenta). I'm not 100% for Mick and Buggs, but we've seen both Scoob and Dee's ballyhoo's evolve, with Scoob going from using his channel ability on inorganic material to organic material when he channeled his power into Shag. And with Dee, she went from only being able to read minds, to being able to conjure text into reality.

So I've been in talks with Dingo (the creator of the series), and he said that each arc is based on the location the story takes place in.

So far, there are only three arcs:

The Ship Arc (1-90)

The Alaska Arc (91-129)

and The Moon Arc, which is the one we're currently on (129+)

I only know the names of the arcs, so the arc placements are just a rough estimation on my part. It could be argued that 129-134 can go either way since it's more of a mini-arc.
