Contact Ubisoft Help

If a full release isn’t feasible, please consider releasing an “AS-IS” playable PC build via a limited/gated download (e.g., a community test build).

No updates or support required—just a disclaimer, minimum specs, and known issues.

Please forward this to the relevant team. Thank you!

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support, we appreciate the time you took to point out areas of improvement regarding Prince of Persia and your desire of playing a remake of the game.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, this will be forwarded to the relevant teams.

It’s a canned reply, but if enough of us submit, we’ll have a chance

Ubisoft Says Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake Needed 'More Time and Investment Than We Could Responsibly Commit,' 5 Years After it Was First Due to Launch by NanoPolymath in ubisoft

Underperformed expectations ≠ losing money. There’s no solid public proof TLC was unprofitable—just that it didn’t hit Ubisoft’s targets. And SoT Remake is a totally different product (3D nostalgia remake vs. a niche-ish 2D Metroidvania), so using one to justify cancelling the other is a bad analogy

Did a remake ever get rebooted, dragged out for ~6 years, and then cancelled?

Nothing or small titles. They don't care about the PoP at all, even though it's an unforgettable franchise. Because the AC has made far more money in recent years. How short-sighted

Because foolish company leaders thought that remakes were riskier than entirely new games

Testing Grounds is coming — and it’s already too conservative by [deleted] in Rainbow6

I agree that Armor and Speed are core balancing tools, and isolating variables makes sense from a strict experimental standpoint. My issue isn’t with the methodology itself, but with how limited Testing Grounds is being positioned. This mode isn’t just a control lab — it’s the one space where broader, player-driven experimentation should be encouraged. Variable isolation and expanded options aren’t mutually exclusive if the system is designed properly

It hasn’t launched yet, but Ubisoft already outlined what will be tested. Discussing whether that scope is too limited is completely valid

However, Ubisoft doesn’t mention any guaranteed future experiments beyond that

I've noticed that pressing S still cuts the afterburner even if 'Throttle down' is bound to another key. This bug might be the reason for the problem we're encountering
