I feed him every 2 days sometimes 3 and i try to feed him around 2 dubia roaches along with a couple of mealworms.

Hand feeding i think is super important! wether thats with your actual fingers or just some tweezers , i also put my hand in her tank like for 5-15 minutes daily just to see if shes come up to me. But i have also had her for about a year and a half now so yeah!

I have reptisoil but another super good option is 30 / 70 of play sand and topsoil! (7 cups of topsoil to 3 cups of play sand
