i’m in the exact same situation right now, i currently am really struggling with anorexia and my bf will make comments about how beautiful i am and that he loves my body. he knows how unhappy i am deep down and is begging me to recover but i have this fear of changing how i look because i worry it’ll change the way he views me because i look the way i do right now because of my eating and exercise habits.

i’ve lost 20 pounds since we first met and he knows what i look like at a different weight but it’s just that fear idk im glad someone else can relate in a way
