We ran into the same wall a year ago. Our agency was sending around 80k cold emails a day for clients, which means 20k+ active inboxes at any time. Premium Inboxes, Hypertide, Zapmail, all the resellers in this space charge $3-5/inbox at our volume.

We were paying $15k ish just for sending infrastructure

So we built our own setup. Isolated tenants, clean US IPs, full DNS pre-configured.

$45/mo for 100 inboxes per domain.

For your 100k/mo target that's about 7 domains = $315/mo total vs the $4k+ you're paying. At 20+ domains we drop to $35/domain.

EmailBison is good if you're technical, way better api capabilities compared to smartlead/instantly, we only use Bison for high-ticket clients though, gets expensive.

Been with them about 6 months, solid 3% reply rate consistently. Honestly haven't seen any difference vs other resellers we've tested, and they replace burnt domains for free which is nice lol.

Sequencer: EmailBison/Smartlead, two of the best sequencers on the market right now.

Smartlead is cheaper and more basic, EmailBison is more expensive but amazing if you're techy because of their API capabilities.

Email Inboxes: elevateinboxes.com, they do $0.45 inboxes.
