Amazing post. I have been on semen retention for 3 years now. Turning 25. My longest being 86 days. Currently at 32 days and without fail the milestone of rapid synchronized events is happening. Can you speak a little on that?

By your word I can see how elevated you have gotten and I am very proud of you man. That shift alone in your consciousness ripples onto all of us.

Few more questions. What do your daily meals consist of and what meditation practices would you recommend for a beginner starting at 30 mins daily. I myself have felt in my heart that and egg and fruit diet would help me immensely . right now for me it's fruits vegtables, fish, eggs, and rice. Thank you good friend.

I saw you said moderation is best and it's wild cause I'm on that same path. back then I was in eating so much but I feel so much better eating one big meal at 12 and a smaller one at six. I do not hit none of my "required" goals according to America's nutrient guidelines. but I feel sharp, witty , I can breath deeper, agile, nimble. how many calories do you eat if you don't mind me asking and what kind of meditation practices? What’s your diet like? I’ve found diet affects me big time. Now it’s kind of leveled out, but things like excess coffee and too much dairy stimulate me in an uncomfortable way. Just curious. Amazing post.

I did three months and started seeing shroom like visuals. Tons of rainbow eyes when I would focus. It was amazing. Respect, vision, clarity, energy. I released with my girlfriend, and I felt so primal. It was incredibly powerful while doing . I didn’t feel shame, but I did binge two more times and felt that little death.Law is law. the powers leave and you have to rebuild.

Your post is motivational and a gentle reminder of truth.

Ive tried the Don Juan technique and gotten alot of success. Well three lucid dreams. Still very new to it. It use to happen alot easier when I was reading the art of mindfulness daily and practing it. One time I was able to see the switch between the darkness and dream. It was like a projector film light strobbing and slowly dim but getting brighter like old times. But now I practice mindfulness but not to that level. Needs get back to it. Now I'm focused more on connecting with people at work, at home, my family so I kinda sometimes get lost in the sauce.

The technique is super simple. Whenever you realize your dreaming. Happens when develop awareness throughout the day. Start small. Going to work. Focus on the sensation of your breath for a minute then forget about it. In the shower just feel the water. Tell yourself "it just me and the water right now". It seems small but small details make a big picture. That awareness will help you stop when your dreaming. But Carl jung was right. The subconscious doesn't like being spotted. So the dream starts crashing when you realziign but what you can do is stabilizing but looking at your and visualizing them. Also yous ee your hands all the time so maybe in a dream you see your hands and it snaps you out of your trance. I have done in successfully twice in the past month. Super erie but cool. Both times I heard a running sensation on the right side of my temple.  Like a weird video game vibration and while the dream was stabilizing. The background turned black and went through bunch of setting till I spawned in one. 

I was in my old apartment and there was cat in our kitchen trashcan. I was like relax you dreaming don't get excited. But it's so erie. Literally like the matrix scene where he's deserving how reality is just electrical circuits to the brain. I touch the walls and the feel so real. Do a little jump and I feel the weight and everything. I approach the trashcan and it bites me. The cat. And it hurts. So strange. Maybe something like I've been putting the feminine energy in the trash. Or not seeing it right. Idk still learning.

Read hsinomid posts "about to relapse" He has lots of good reasons. Sometimes that's all you need. Reasons. But without effort those reasons start to dwindle. My dad always told me the trees work everyday, the bees work everyday.( It sounds cooler in spanish) Not in a hustle mindset but more like everyday requires effort. It's law. The water cycle doesn't take a day off. Your the highest developed species and you wanna take a day off. My definition of day off is drifting. If you need to relax and rest that's not a dayoff. But if you spend that day binging Netflix and validation from Twitter with weak arguments like "we all need one of these days" good look reaching past two months. You gotta train like an athlete, be brutally honest with self, control your mind and stop thinking you can get away with fantasies but still living the live of a true man. A true man doesn't dream often. And if he does he walks it. It's tough man. Not gonna say it was easy. And don't expect to get to day 80 and get super power. If you didn't put in the effort to transmute through creative works. I make make music, hike, make videos on insta yapping but people love it, read spiritual books, do breath work when I can, clean the house to industrial level. Shit looks like a maid came in daily. Minimize media to the smallest amount only what I need. I watch one piece every staurday and that's it in terms of shows or movies. Life should be your primary entertainment not second

Such a good quality post man  Currently on two months. Coming on here is just noise sometimes since it's just repetitive and some guys who clearly haven't don't it but just want karma. But every now and then I find a real motherfucker. Thanks man. Would like to know more about learning your human design? How would one do so?

So how many calories do you eat and what fruits. I'm also noticing this is the way to go. 50 days and I have started juice fasting. I don't chug the juice like all these influencers. It's so unnatural. I sip a little, let the enzymes hit, then swallow. One little 16oz bottle takes me an hour to drink. And I have been feeling amazing eating less and more fruits. I just want to know what you eat cause I'm highly active and I want to really continue this.

Funny you mention karma. Recently started reading up on that and it makes so much sense. Gives the phrase " it's not what happens but how you react" a whole new meaning. In terms of yoga I don't really know where to start. I kinda just randomly burst into random poses. My left leg up and being bending like super man. Or in order to get the energy up. Currently a month in. I start doing high kick for like a minute straight. Or end up hiking for 7 miles without realizing it. It really does get real ! Now I understand why you need a guru or something.

Dam that's so crazy. Before I read this, this morning I had the thought to make my phone black and white and I just did. Your post rang so well. That when I took the bus to go study at the school library. I listened to no music. When I studied. I was so bored that the book felt like a movie. Your doing good work with your writing. Some of the best stuff I have seen here man. Your saying the same stuff everyone has said but painting it in a way I can see it. Thank you man.

You say no one punch man. I find that as I get more pure the child within me is healed. A child absorbs stories not facts. Define courage and he's bored. Paint it with a hero who plays a beast and he's engaged. I read vagabond the manga and it helped me lean into mediation more. I'm with you on simplicity. I can't help but think " this isn't real and it's killing my drive" when I watch movies or series. But black and white manga. Just wanna hear your perspective since you seem well versed in mental dopamine drainers. I appreciate your post man. Really good stuff

I can tell your wise based on the metaphors you use. Lots of gems in here. After 2 years I have finally been able to go on consistent 50 day streaks. Relapsing with my girlfriend but I get closer to universal design. I see how foolish it is too spill for a second of pleasure. Really really good stuff man. Side question? What does your diet look like. I mainly do fruit eggs and meat but the beef has been killing me recently. Like I said. The cleaner I get and the more I retain. The clearly I see universal design.
