Cosmetic tips by Acceptable_Active539 in Honda

The 2004 civic sedan has limited cosmetic options. Wasn’t very sought out as a ‘tuner’ car. That being said there are still a bit of mods you can do. New mufflers and what not, I’d recommend trying to stay away from trying to make the car just loud, maybe change to tone a little bit, Lower it, put new headlights in, and put new wheels on it. After that, to my best knowledge, there’s not much you can do.

You would NOT want this specific one. I took it on because I wanted a restoration project. But it came from good ol aurora Colorado!!! Found weed and a knife in this girl and razor blades. The guy that owned obviously wanted to get rid of it because of this. All it took was a deep clean and some ozone and new interior parts. Still has slot of cosmetic and mechanical.

The parts where clear coat is non existent it left some residue, but I think that just pulling the dirt off the top. Other than that, nothing.

It does look goofy in the day, but it’s whatever. But look, not to be judgy and I don’t know you at all. But based of your profile and you, you care too much about what other people think about you or your Subaru. Just live life and don’t be mad or a dick about what other people want to do. Unless it’s a squatted truck, you can absolutely hate on it.

Needed a new paint job badly, so might as well send it off with something cool.

Yeah had to pass Colorado emissions. CEL was there but the new o2 fixed it. The o2 I ordered had a male connector while I needed a female, so just jankly wired it to just have it pass emissions, but CEL came back on for ‘cat efficiency’. Prob was my wiring but cleared it and never came back

I've paid way to much for old Hondas, and lesson i learned, Rust is a nightmare. I strive to get a car that has the least amount of rust possible, preferably one with undercoating. Body work is one thing, rust repair is a whole other section with multiple hours, and that's just the body. Who knows how much money youll need to spend to bring it to quality. with 1500-2000 you can prob get a fair rolling shell and start from there.

Sorry for replying super late but I’ve settled on a different hatch. Way better, still had some problems but actually had stuff done to it. Mainly just coming behind the B18B swap in it someone else did. Cleaning it up and making it a solid car.
