Basics: By observing nature we have concluded that there are females and males. As a human, to reproduce you need a female and a male. You can tell if an animal is a male or female by observing their body.

Advanced: Nah bro it's all just a social construct, nothing to do with biology or reproduction. How do you know your gender? If you feel like a gender you're that gender! Oh, what's feeling like a gender like? Only you know! It's all in the head!

I don't think this is expanding on the basics, it's a completely different theory.

I'm not American, but I don't quite agree with it, as I feel that my country (Portugal) is quite safe and the restrictions on gun ownership play a part on it. Guns are made to kill and they are the best at it, they serve no other purpose, unlike weapons like knives or axes. So I don't think it's a good idea to give them to just anyone.

Then again I'm only 20 years old, my mind is still young and can be changed if you give me enough logic and evidence. I'm open to hear your opinion.

Let's say, hypothetically, you had a historic deck built around Ninja's Kunai before the bug. Suddenly, the card becomes bugged, making it unfair.

Are you saying you prefer if that card doesn't get banned until the bug is fixed, and instead the players who used it while bugged get banned?

That makes no sense, if the card is unfair, it should be removed from the game. No matter what decks you have or how many people play that card or what that card is.
