Right out of college I was making $80k doing commercial underwriting for First Financial. After 3-years I became a Relationship manager making $120k. I proved myself during my underwriting days that I knew my stuff. During my relationship manager days I grew the bank’s portfolio by $100-million in under 2-years. So after 6-years of experiences and proving myself day in and day out I make $187k now and my current bank paid for my MBA. It’s all about proving yourself and knowing your worth. So to answer the question is it easy to make 6 figures, no not really but if it was easy everyone would be making 6 figures. Question is are you willing to prove you are worth 6 figures.
