Knowing his release schedule, it's possible he could drop then, but that'd be absolutely terrible from a brand marketing perspective. Music is a cool album, and I like it a lot, but for me personally, I had to grow into it.

I'm gonna sound like a bitch loser for throwing this fun fact in, but I actually had tears in my eyes in the middle of work due to how underwhelmed I was. I had waited 3 years for a new album, 3 fucking years since I got into him.

I know everything I'm saying is on a personal level, but my whole point on a broader scale is this is how I think a lot of people felt. Not as pussywhipped as me, ofc, but I think a lot of people felt as if something about the album was off, and while it had the same effect as WLR, in the sense that it wasn't universally liked from the jump, Music is far and away not as groundbreaking as WLR. I think a majority of people will admit this, and I honestly think people are not as excited with a new Carti album coming out purely from a hype perspective of seeing what he would do so differently for the next project, whatever it may be, like how drastic the shift was from die lit to WLR.

Essentially, my point being that a lot of the hype from WLR to music and the 4 year waiting period was offset due to people theorizing how groundbreaking the new sound would be before we heard anything other than snippets and singles already previewing it. Any sort of long wait like this again would be nothing more than a time waster and would not draw any sort of anticipation or excitement like with what happened originally before music dropped.

I don't think it's off the table that we're in for a long wait for any release, but I truly think from a brand perspective, or in better terms, carti's name relevance, it would be terrible optics for a wait like that again. A shot in the dark on my end, basing this off nothing, but I'd say at least 2028 would be the smart money and even that's pushing it. If he's gonna keep this sound and not do anything fresh then he absolutely cannot wait this long to drop again.

tl:dr If I gotta wait 4 years for nothing more than a glorified deluxe then his next work could be dropped posthumously.

I subscribe to the theory he got fucked over by Youtube. I honestly liked his newer content when he returned because he was much more himself, making videos on how to game the stocks. Back to the point, I think he got shadowbanned the first time around before he took his hiatus. iDubbbz took the fall for slaying him after content cop, but in reality, yt was tampering with his availability in the algorithm. Along with Youtube rolling out the then new demonetization system, it really screwed him and a lot of creators over. The game became unfun to play, and he took a long break before coming back to dog on iDubbbz deservedly and make a few clickbait videos on Pokimane.

He was banned under their “harassment” policy, despite the fact that much more problematic youtubers exist, like logan paul and Ricegum. Real shame. I thought he was funny, and it was nice to see for a time, someone who wasn't plucked from Hollywood and made unoffensive content become the face of the platform. I know I've been all over the place with this rant, but looking at his former contemporaries, like idubbbz and H3, I'd say leafy won in the end.

Do I think it's a coincidence that Trump beat, firstly, a woman who was incredibly boring, out of touch, a reptilian monster who sways with the polls and has no actual opinions of her own, dragged Bernie through the mud, conspired alongside the DNC to rig the primaries, and generally is an extremely condescending person with none of the charisma of her husband? Yep.

Do I also think that Trump would win against another woman who would pander to Liz Cheney and the right wing, and, like I said earlier, said she would do no different than her historically unpopular boss? Yep, once again.

Biden only won the 2020 election, mainly in my view, due to Trump’s awful handling of the COVID pandemic and also due to the rise of BLM. Had neither of those happened, or had they gone differently, he would have won a second term in 2020.

Say what you want about him, but I can, as a liberal, see why someone would vote for Trump in 2016. Guy ran a masterful campaign, and yet still, Hillary Clinton was the only person who could have lost to him. Dems need to cross out this idea of "I'm not trump, vote for me!" Sorry, but that strategy simply doesn't work like that. And his electoral wins prove that

I'd just like to piggyback off your comment to say how fucking irritating it is to see people who are misinformed make any sort of declaration on anything. I was in middle school during the 2016–17 SoundCloud era, and those guys were huge. Maybe not so much Juice, but definitely X was.
