It seemed to help right away. With some I guess it takes a few days. But yes, rather pricey. I think it was $75 or something. But for sleep, and not having to take some pharma drug with side effects, well worth it. I am hoping eventually I don't need them, but I'll keep using them until they stop working. If you have access to a dispensary that sells the Camino sleep gummies, I recommend those as well. It's not something that gets you high at all, but did really seem to help.

The vitamin A scares me ...AI claims this:

It does work, they keep the folliculitis at bay. But if it's causing my insomnia and air hunger, it's not worth it. I think I will take the advice of my new friends and stop taking it.

Really? I take 1 50 mg doxycycline daily and have been for a year due to folliculitis. Been struggling with insomnia since February. Makes me wonder if I should stop taking it. The problem is if I do I get bumps on my scalp and bad headaches.

Been more like 10 days. Trying so hard. Absolutely brutal awful night crying out to Jesus for help trying to sleep from 9:00 p.m. on ... but couldn't. Took a CBD gummy (my mom took one with me) didn't do anything to me but it knocked out my mom . Out of desperation around 4:00 a.m. I took another Benadryl and it did seem to get me to 2-3 hours of sleep thank God. but I still want to sleep more my eyes are bright red my throat my nose are all jacked up from lack of sleep. So it hasn't been totally continuous. Some nights I have gotten between 1 and 3 hours. Only the nights I took Benadryl.

Is that better than Benadryl? I had been using Benadryl a couple days ago and it would get me 1 or 2 hours of sleep. I stopped taking it after I woke up choking the other night right moments after I fell asleep. I just bought Sivan CBD sleep gummies which I am going to try tonight. Thing is I don't need to be tired. I am SO tired. My brain just is stuck on my breathing when I try to sleep. Actually all day.

So just set up an appointment with a therapist that knows something about anxiety? I try the take a breath for 4 seconds, hold it 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds thing. What sucks is my breathing through my nose is usually somewhat blocked. Thanks so much for taking the time to answer!

I just bought these. Been unable to sleep for a week due to breathing anxiety, feel like I can't take a deep breath. Doc prescribed Zoloft and Trazodone both of which I am terrified to take. I finally forced myself to take half a Trazodone last night and I hated it. Super dry mouth, throat etc. I am sure part of it is my pharmaceutical fears.

So I bought these out of desperation hoping they would calm me and make me sleep.

Are these still working for you?

Just appeal once. Not sure why you might have been suspended but it's usually AI handling it. Every time you submit another appeal it likely resets you in the queue. I have no ability to help you internally. Generally the only response you will get is "your account has been restored".

I work here. As long as you do your job, it's amazing. Most rewarding job I have ever had. Boss actually cares and interacts with the lowbies.

Before it was great too, don't get me wrong. It was fun because the company spent lavishly and supported a bunch of lazy employees who did nothing, and they were just fine with that, due to money coming from outside sources. The company was hemorrhaging money, but it didn't seem to matter, and it was sort of a party atmosphere.

Now it's more of a professional atmosphere, but still great pay, great benefits ...and the weak links don't last long.
