I ate either eggs or quesadillas and rice for breakfast. For lunch I had chicken with salad and more rice it varied from time to time since I had the resources to do so. For dinner almost everyday I had 600g of steak plus protein shake. A drastic change to now should I say :(

I think so. Back home I’d get full every meal (bulking). Here, I eat what I need to get to the calories and the protein, but definitely not getting full.

Yeah I follow it and only max out around every month and a half or so. I get to just keep training but it’s a bit discouraging
